Playground Script: Audio Action

This is an Action script in the Expanded Unity Playground. When the Condition for this Action triggers, it will play an Audio Clip. By default this clip will play as a sound effect, once. However, it can be combined with a Music Player script in order to play as music on repeat, replacing any existing music. In order for this to work, a Music Player script must be linked to this Audio Clip.

To use this script, first attach a Condition of the desired type. In the Condition’s Action list, choose the Audio Action. Then, in the newly attached Audio Action component, choose the Audio Clip to use, the type of audio (sound effect or music) and, if necessary, the Music Player to use.
